End User License Agreement

 

1. Parties to This Agreement

App Name: Video Downloader Saver & Edit

This EULA is between you and Marine Delphine only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

2. License Grant

Marine Delphine grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the terms of this EULA and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

This license does not allow you to:

Use the App on any device not owned or controlled by you

Distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the App to any third party

Copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the App

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

3. Scope of License

The App is licensed to you, not sold. Marine Delphine retains all intellectual property rights to the App, including all source code, design, assets, trademarks, and documentation.

You may use the App across multiple Apple devices associated with your Apple ID, as permitted by the App Store Family Sharing rules.

4. Maintenance and Support

Marine Delphine is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any support for the App. For any support or issues, please contact:

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Download or distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization

Use the App to violate any local, national, or international laws

Use the App to infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems through the App

6. User-Generated Content

The App allows you to edit, create, and save video content on your device. You retain full ownership of any original content you create using the App's editing tools. Marine Delphine does not claim ownership of your personal videos, edits, or saved media.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you download or edit does not violate copyright or any applicable laws.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Materials

The App includes a built-in browser that may access third-party social media platforms and websites. These third-party services are not owned or controlled by Marine Delphine. You acknowledge that your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and Marine Delphine is not responsible for the actions or content of any third party.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marine Delphine disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Marine Delphine does not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be free from errors or viruses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marine Delphine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or device damage arising from your use of the App.

In no event shall Marine Delphine's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

11. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.

Marine Delphine reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, with or without notice.

12. Apple's Role

Note regarding Apple Inc.: This EULA is between you and Marine Delphine only — not with Apple. Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no responsibility for the App or its content. In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Marine Delphine — not Apple — is solely responsible for the investigation and resolution of such claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

13. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction of the Licensor.

14. Changes to This EULA

Marine Delphine reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Updated versions will be made available through the App or App Store listing. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
